Anti-Bribery Policy

Anti-Bribery Statement

Effective Date: October 2025

Our Commitment

Board Secure Limited t/a Governance360 is committed to conducting business with integrity and in compliance with all applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, including the UK Bribery Act 2010 and equivalent legislation in all jurisdictions where we operate.

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards bribery and corruption in any form. This applies to all our business dealings, partnerships, and interactions with clients, suppliers, and public officials.

What This Means

We prohibit:

  • Offering, giving, requesting, or accepting bribes or improper payments of any kind
  • Making facilitation payments, even where they may be locally customary
  • Providing gifts, hospitality, or other benefits intended to improperly influence business decisions
  • Any activity that could create a conflict of interest or the appearance of improper conduct

Our Expectations

We expect all employees, contractors, and business partners to:

  • Conduct business honestly and transparently
  • Refuse to engage in or tolerate bribery or corruption
  • Report any concerns or suspicions through our confidential reporting channels
  • Complete regular anti-bribery training

Reporting Concerns

If you have concerns about potential bribery or corruption involving Governance360, please contact us at [compliance@governance360.com] or through our confidential whistleblowing system.

All reports will be treated seriously, investigated promptly, and handled confidentially.

Plain English Notes:

What is bribery? Bribery is offering or receiving something of value (money, gifts, favours) to influence a business decision unfairly.

Why this matters: We believe in fair competition and honest business relationships. Our clients trust us with their governance systems, and we maintain that trust by operating with complete integrity.

Gifts and hospitality: Reasonable business courtesies (like a modest lunch meeting) are acceptable. Anything extravagant or designed to influence decisions is not.

Your role: If anyone asks you for a bribe, or offers you one, say no and report it. If you’re unsure whether something is appropriate, ask before proceeding.

No retaliation: We will never penalise anyone for raising genuine concerns about bribery or corruption, even if the concern turns out to be mistaken.
