Feature updates to Documents and Risk Register
Two additional upgrades to Documents (Review date summary) and Risk Register (toggle between Raw and Mitigated Risk view) launched in response to user group feedback
Action Register upgrade
Following feedback from User Groups, additional functionality added to Action Register (in particular better workflow around closed actions)
User feedback improvements
A new in-app HELP facility launches, along with improved functionality for paper downloads for board members
Major Release - 4.0
Action Register goes live along with a host of new updates to the Meetings pages functionality
Jason Rees joins Board
Jason Rees joins team as investing Chair
Documents and Policies upgrade
Improved the Documents, Policies and Induction sections, providing Review by and Expiry by dates and reports to help Admins with notifications on key renewal dates
Declarations Upgrade
Introduced an upgraded Declarations of Interest section, including guidance for Users and exporting/reporting functions
Dashboard upgrade
Upgraded dashboard design to include new Headers and features
2nd major seed round investment closes
Existing investors, including Development Bank of Wales invest again to fuel additional development and team recruitment
