We’re pleased to announce that BoardSecure has evolved into Governance360, bringing you enhanced functionality within a comprehensive governance operating system designed specifically for small organisations and volunteer boards.

BoardSecure rebrands to Governance360 – why and when

Effective from 9th October 2023, all BoardSecure users have been seamlessly migrated to the Governance360 platform. This rebrand reflects our expanded vision: providing volunteer boards and growing SMEs with enterprise-quality governance and risk management tools, without the complexity or cost.

What stays the same

Your board management experience remains unchanged. All existing features, documents, and workflows continue as before – simply access the platform through the new Governance360 URL using your existing login credentials.  Our Company Trading details remain unchanged too – Board Secure Limited, trading as Governance360 is our new position.  Our Company number remains the same as does our registered office in Newport and our VAT status and number.  Our Social media now re-route to Governance360 too.  For clarity, we are 100% shareholder in a dormant limited company, Governance360 Limited which we acquired for brand protection reasons.

What’s Enhanced

Depending on your plan, you’ll now have access to additional features including our CPD-accredited digital learning platform for board members and volunteers (the Director Academy by Governance360), expanded risk management tools, and enhanced document workflows. Governance360 is the only platform combining practical board management software with accredited director training.
