We don’t want you to fail.  But recognise that you probably haven’t seen or used anything like Governance360 before and hence need to be happy before putting down hard cash.

Whilst you can proceed under your own steam, we also offer the QuickStart with us, mostly (so that we can personalise and tailor what you see to what you need to begin with.  Only once set up on the platform, and having run your first meeting (most peoples choice of ‘key deliverable’ as part of their initial free trial) do we invoice you.

Get a good look at what we offer, and how we can save you hassle before you commit, in other words.  And we go beyond this too – at the point of invoice our 30-day refund starts giving you even longer to make up your mind.

Whilst most people want to lock into a one year (or more) subscription up front to ensure prices don’t rise and their budget is fixed, we do, through our partner GoCardless, offer a Direct Debit option if you want to pay monthly instead.

(although please note that our 30 day refund offer doesn’t apply to monthly payments).

Whilst we are very happy to spend time with you as an Admin when you set-up your organisation on Governance360, we have deliberately built the platform to be as intuitive as possible.  The short answer therefore is that no training is generally needed to trial, or indeed adopt, Governance360.

Board members after all frequently change – and we don’t want to cost you every time someone leaves or joins by needing to invest in yet more training.

The easiest way to prove this though is to start a trial – why not do that now?

We are sorry, but unless you are part of a programme where this is offered, then no.

The courses are one-off, accredited for CPD purposes as a curated piece of learning, and to that end are products that once consumed cannot be refunded.

Your free trial is for your Organisation.  So, once you’ve set up the basics (and we have a guide to help you if you need get this done quickly in a few minutes), invite as many board members as you wish (subject to your plan) and let them visualise how it might work for them.  This will also help you move from trial to customer use if you wish, whilst of course if you choose not to proceed then we will remove the data and member access as part of closing down your trial.

In reality though most triallists use Governance360 for one meeting (internal to test, internal for a ‘real’ meeting or in ‘real life’ with their Board – the choice is yours).

We have found that most users quickly make up their mind (and luckily for us most realise really quickly how much time and effort we save them).

No — your trial won’t roll automatically into a paid plan.

When your trial ends, your account simply pauses. Nothing gets deleted, and you won’t be asked for payment until you decide Governance360 is right for your board. If you want to continue, we’ll walk you through the plan options available and work with you to get your set-up finalised. If not, no action is needed and no charge will be due, we’ll simply confirm with you that you aren’t proceeding and then commence our GDPR offboarding process once complete.

We ask for no payment details to start a trial — so there’s genuinely nothing to charge.

You don’t have to figure it out alone — but most people find they don’t need much help as we’ve built it to be as simple to use and adopt as possible.

Most board admins are up and running within the hour, and most boards themselves within a day or two, often faster (it all depends on how quickly the board members accept their trial invites generally). When you start your trial you’ll be guided through the key steps, and the platform is designed so that a non-technical CEO or Company Secretary can set it up without IT support.
