Jason has over 25 years’ leadership experience across start-ups, scale-ups and corporates, specialising in strategy, operations and growth.

A Cardiff graduate and Sandhurst-trained officer, he’s held senior roles including Entrepreneur in Residence at EE and served on multiple boards.

Founder & Director

Clive is an experienced executive, non-executive director and charity trustee, and was named the IoD’s Non-Executive Director of the Year in 2018.

A former KPMG-trained accountant, he spent over 20 years in industry with organisations such as Inchcape, Saint-Gobain and Catalyst Corporate Finance.

Having faced governance challenges firsthand, Clive founded Governance360 to give boards and volunteers a simple, effective way to manage governance and focus on making an impact.

Lead Architect

Joel is Lead Architect at Governance360, overseeing the development of the platform and its features.

With over 20 years’ experience as a full-stack developer, he has delivered applications across diverse industries and worked within leading agency teams.

Skilled in both front- and back-end development, Joel also specialises in deploying cloud-based solutions on AWS, Azure and mobile app platforms.
