Governance expert Clive Bawden to lead workshop for Leicester Start-ups
Award-winning non-executive director Clive Bawden, founder of Governance360 Group, will lead a specialist workshop on governance structures for growing businesses at Leicester Start-ups on Monday 24th November 2025.
Bawden will guide founders through critical considerations around governance structure, ownership arrangements, and the effective management of officers and directors—essential foundations for businesses preparing to scale. Drawing on his extensive experience working with high-growth organisations, he will provide practical frameworks that founders can implement immediately.
