Enterprise platforms like Convene and Onboard are built for large corporates and are often too expensive and complex for charities and SMEs. Governance360 offers the core governance features smaller organisations need — risk registers, compliance tracking, board minute distribution, and action management — at an affordable price point with a simpler, more intuitive interface. Prices are fixed per organisation and start from £25 per month on an annual plan. Governance360 also offers a free trial.

Does Governance360 help with charity compliance?

Yes. Governance360 supports and helps compliance with the Charity Governance Code, charity SORP requirements, and sector-specific governance frameworks although it does not claim to make its customers fully compliant.
