Are there any set-up fees?
No, there are no set-up fees or charges to get going with Governance360. Indeed, we make it as quick, and as pain free as possible to get you up and running.
How does the 30 day refund work?
We don't want you to fail. But recognise that you probably haven't seen or used anything like Governance360 before and hence need to be happy before putting down hard cash.
That is why we insist on you working on a QuickStart with us (so that we can personalise and tailor what you see to what you need to begin with). Only once set up on the platform, and having run your first meeting (most peoples choice of 'key deliverable' do we invoice you.
Get a good look at what we offer, and how we can save you hassle before you commit in other words. And we go beyond this too - at the point of invoice our 30 day refund starts giving you even longer to make up your mind.

What is QuickStart?
QuickStart is our proven method of getting you set up on Governance360.
Forming the first part of your 90 Success Plan, personalised to suit your Organisation when we work with you, QuickStart is a short, free, call at the beginning of our work together to help set up your account, your Organisation and get you ready for your first Meeting.
Can i break up payments rather than pay in one go?
Whilst most people want to lock into a one year (or more) subscription up front to ensure prices don't rise and their budget is fixed, we do, through our partner GoCardless, offer a Direct Debit option if you want to pay monthly instead.
(although please note that our 30 day refund offer doesn't apply to monthly payments).
To enquire about being charged monthly and setting up a Direct Debit please contact us directly and we'll set something up for you post QuickStart.
Can i remove my data if i don't want to keep using Governance360?
Yes - all of our features are built for quick export, whether documents or data. If you choose not to continue working with the platform then you can remove your data before we remove the data and your Organisation as part of our standard GDPR off-boarding process.
