Your free trial is for your Organisation.  So, once you’ve set up the basics (and we have a guide to help you if you need get this done quickly in a few minutes), invite as many board members as you wish (subject to your plan) and let them visualise how it might work for them.  This will also help you move from trial to customer use if you wish, whilst of course if you choose not to proceed then we will remove the data and member access as part of closing down your trial.

The courses are one-off, accredited for CPD purposes as a curated piece of learning, and to that end are products that once consumed cannot be refunded.

We hope you understand.

Whilst we are very happy to spend time with you as an Admin when you set-up your organisation on Governance360, we have deliberately built the platform to be as intuitive as possible.  The short answer therefore is that no training is generally needed to trial, or indeed adopt, Governance360.

Board members after all frequently change – and we don’t want to cost you every time someone leaves or joins by needing to invest in yet more training.
